Employees interact with the bot using simple slash commands — /check-in, /check-out, /leave, /status, and /stats — making daily attendance logging effortless without any manual HR overhead.
All attendance data is synced in real-time to Google Sheets, giving managers an always-up-to-date view of who's in, who's on leave, and historical attendance patterns. The bot also handles leave request approvals through a structured workflow, notifying the relevant team lead automatically.
Built entirely by Arman Ghayas using n8n workflows, the system is fully customizable per organization — supporting custom working hours, multiple teams, timezone handling, and automated weekly/monthly attendance reports delivered straight to a designated channel.

Smart Khata is a beautifully designed Flutter mobile app that brings modern expense tracking to everyday users. Built for both personal and small business use, it lets users log income and expenses, categorize transactions, and visualize spending patterns through interactive charts — all in a clean, offline-first interface.
The app features multi-account support, recurring transaction reminders, PDF export of statements, and real-time balance summaries. The UI was crafted to feel familiar to Pakistani users accustomed to traditional "khata" (ledger) bookkeeping, bridging the gap between paper-based and digital finance management.
Smart Khata was built by a strong Flutter team: led by Faqir Ullah (Project Manager), with development by Amir Hamza, Iqra Ilyas, Tayyab Khan, Laiba Khaliq, and Nadeem Khan. The team collaborated across frontend, state management, and backend integration to deliver a polished, production-ready app.

BG Airport Taxi is a full-stack web platform built for a UK-based taxi and airport transfer company. The system allows customers to book rides online, get instant fare estimates based on pickup/drop-off locations, and receive booking confirmation and driver assignment notifications — all through a polished, mobile-responsive interface.
The backend was architected with a scalable API layer handling booking management, driver dispatch, real-time availability tracking, and customer records. Integration with UK postcode lookup APIs and Google Maps ensures accurate routing and distance-based pricing for the client's service areas across the UK.
Arman Ghayas led full-stack development alongside Faqir Ullah and M. Ebad on the frontend and backend, with Abdul Rehman handling the entire DevOps pipeline — setting up CI/CD, cloud deployment, SSL, and server infrastructure to ensure the platform runs reliably 24/7 for UK users.

The Voice AI Agent is a cutting-edge real-time conversational AI built for BG Airport Taxi's UK customer service operations. The agent handles inbound and outbound calls autonomously — taking taxi bookings, confirming reservations, answering FAQs, and escalating complex queries to human agents when needed, all through natural-sounding speech.
Powered by a combination of real-time speech-to-text, large language model reasoning, and text-to-speech synthesis, the agent processes and responds to customer queries with human-like latency. It integrates directly with the BG Airport Taxi booking database, enabling it to look up live availability, create bookings, and send SMS confirmations without any human involvement.
The system was jointly developed by Arman Ghayas (AI pipeline and integration architecture), Daniel Agbaje (voice infrastructure and telephony), and Adeel Khan (system design and oversight). This project represents CodeChine's flagship AI product for UK-market voice automation.

Smart Project Analyzer is an internal AI tool built for CodeChine to streamline project intake and planning. When a new project brief comes in, the system automatically categorizes it by domain, analyzes the requirements, and generates a detailed recommendation covering the best tech stack, programming languages, estimated cost range, and projected timeline.
One of the system's most powerful features is its intelligent team matching — it evaluates current team availability, skill sets, and past project performance to suggest the optimal team composition for each incoming project. This eliminates guesswork from project assignment and helps management make faster, data-backed decisions.
Built by Adeel Khan (system architecture and AI integration), Abdul Rehman (ML model training and NLP pipeline), and Amir Hamza (frontend dashboard and API layer), the Smart Project Analyzer has significantly reduced CodeChine's project onboarding time and improved resource allocation accuracy.

The Dinar Airport Transfers app is a dedicated mobile booking solution for a UK-based airport taxi company operating at dinarairporttransfers.co.uk. The app lets customers book airport pickups and drop-offs directly from their phone, with real-time fare calculation, flight tracking integration, and instant booking confirmation.
Built for both iOS and Android, the app features a clean booking flow designed with UK customers in mind — postcode-based pickup entry, date/time scheduling, passenger count, and extra luggage options. The backend syncs bookings directly with the company's dispatch system, enabling drivers to receive job alerts and customers to track their ride status in real time.
The project was delivered by CodeChine's App Dev team with Hammad Azam coordinating digital marketing, app store presence, and launch strategy — ensuring the app reached its target audience of UK airport travellers from day one of deployment.
